Description:
As a Technical Product Marketing Manager, you'll be at the forefront of crafting and executing strategies that bring our products and features to market. Collaborating closely with product and engineering teams, you'll spearhead initiatives to bring new products and features to market and ensure teams are educated on capabilities, use cases, and value of each product and feature. From owning and developing product and feature release schedules, to developing product related sales assets and product content, you'll be instrumental in driving product comprehension and adoption in the market.
In This Role, You'll:
Be the owner for product and feature release and the development of internal and external supporting materials
Develop technical content including product blog posts and educational materials for a highly technical audience
Define and develop the positioning of our products and features and the customer value we provide
Understand the competitive landscape and create supporting sales assets
Create product education plan and the necessary sales assets to effectively train and support account executives on when and how to best use assets
Provide input to pricing and packaging strategies
Lead cross functional product and feature launch meetings and manage external GTM initiatives, tasks and execution cross functionally
Keep product marketing materials and product web pages up to date
Deeply understand and document our audience and buyers and provide feedback to product and engineering teams
Run market research studies to better understand our customers’ challenges and partner with product on focus groups for feature feedback
Create product content for training, web, landing pages, videos, demos, sales decks, customer assets, campaigns
Step in to support additional marketing responsibilities and develop the marketing culture as we build out the team
The Skillset You'll Bring:
You’ve developed your Product Marketing skills for at least 5 years in enterprise B2B SaaS and have been held accountable for pipeline results
Your expertise lies in deeply understanding technical products and translating features into customer value
You’ve worked hand-in-hand with product and engineering teams to create product and marketing materials and have experience training sales on new features
You're the go-to person for insightful product market research, leveraging your expertise to provide invaluable support to the product and engineering teams
You’ve embraced AI as a tool to accelerate and improve outcomes vs. do the job for you
You excel in environments where agility and adaptability are key, bringing your project management prowess to the table to develop efficient processes that set the foundation for success in early-stage companies
You thrive in collaborative environments, forging strong relationships across teams
Your ability to convey complex ideas with clarity and impact is second to none
Our Team:
We’re comprised of senior engineers and operators from SpaceX, Google, Palantir, and more. We believe that the best software is written by those close to the source of the problem. One of our founders, Karthik, was a Dragon flight software lead responsible for two Dragon missions to the ISS. His team used SpaceX’s end-to-end data platform before, during, and after every Dragon mission. Our other co-founder, Austin, was a lead on Starlink’s tools team, responsible for the platform that collected data from thousands of Starlink satellites for exploration and data review.

While our HQ is in Los Angeles (El Segundo, CA), we are open to either someone in LA or remote on the West Coast.
