Description:

Sift is looking for a Technical Marketer to bridge the gap between product, engineering, and marketing, ensuring that our solutions reach the right audience with clarity and impact. In this role, you will lead technical marketing efforts for new products and features, develop compelling technical content for Sift’s blog, and enhance product release documentation—all with the goal of driving adoption and product comprehension across our target industries.

In This Role, You'll:

  • Product Launch & Communication – Own the end-to-end strategy for bringing new features to market, including release schedules, product announcements, and technical content. Work closely with product and engineering teams to highlight real-world applications and value.

  • Technical Content Development – Craft blog posts, whitepapers, and other materials that articulate Sift’s capabilities in a way that resonates with technical audiences. Establish a rolling content strategy to ensure a consistent pipeline of in-depth product insights.

  • Product Demos & Sales Enablement – Develop and refine product demo narratives based on customer interactions. Create demo videos and sales collateral to help internal teams and prospects understand key use cases.

  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing – Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure product documentation and API references are accurate, comprehensive, and a true asset for customers. Define processes for continuous updates and improvements.

  • Website & Product Positioning – Enhance Sift’s marketing site with clear, technically rich content that speaks to our engineering audience. Build out new product pages and refine messaging for Sift’s solutions.

  • Feature Highlighting & Adoption – Identify and showcase Sift’s most impactful product features through demo videos, blogs, and web content. Ensure feature-related content is discoverable and effectively cross-linked across channels.

  • Training & Enablement Content - Create product content for training, web, landing pages, videos, demos, sales decks, customer assets, campaigns

  • Step in to support additional marketing responsibilities and develop the marketing culture as we build out the team

The Skillset You'll Bring:

  • You’ve developed your technical content and marketing skills for at least 5 years in enterprise B2B SaaS and have been held accountable for pipeline results

  • Your expertise lies in deeply understanding technical products and translating features into customer value

  • You’ve written technical blogs and documentation for an engineering audience

  • You’ve worked hand-in-hand with product and engineering teams to create product and marketing materials and have experience training sales on new features

  • You're the go-to person for insightful product market research, leveraging your expertise to provide invaluable support to the product and engineering teams

  • You’ve embraced AI as a tool to accelerate and improve outcomes vs. do the job for you

  • You excel in environments where agility and adaptability are key, bringing your project management prowess to the table to develop efficient processes that set the foundation for success in early-stage companies

  • You thrive in collaborative environments, forging strong relationships across teams

  • Your ability to convey complex ideas with clarity and impact is second to none
